Casitas redefines our workplace and how it can better support a balanced and refreshed lifestyle. The campus offers a thoughtful reprieve from the bustling city with a series of buildings that offer tenant spaces filled with natural light, crawling greenery, and outdoor amenities.
Indoor/Outdoor Workspaces
There is nothing worse than working digitally for 40 hours a week without access to the sunshine outside. Each large tenant space boasts a private terrace with garage doors that open to the sunny Los Angeles air. Crawling vines, shading trees, and green grass invite casual and creative work sessions.
Private Entrances
Inspired by the existing architecture, Casitas utilizes exterior corridors through the gardens and terraces to provide a breath of fresh air and allow tenants a private entrance experience that they can call their own.
An Organic Community
We believe a community is not built in a traditional lobby. We believe you build community through food - much like at home. With an on-site restaurant , organic connections are built through Mezcal tastings, live music, and happy hour events.
